My View on Job-Hopping
A lot of people like to do one job in their lives. They think people who change their jobs frequently are feckless. They believe that the only way to success is to stick to one job, for constant practice in a professional field helps make an expert.
But there are many people who argue for changing their jobs, they argue that change means progress. They think if you are not satisfied with your present job, of course you have the right to replace it with a more challenging and better paid one. Each change means further success.
My view on job-hopping is that it is reasonable to change your job if you have a better opportunity.
我對(duì)“跳槽”現(xiàn)象的看法
許多人喜歡一生中做一件工作，他們認(rèn)為經(jīng)常換工作的人軟弱無能，他們相信成功的唯一途徑就是堅(jiān)持一項(xiàng)工作，因?yàn)樵谝粋�(gè)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域里不斷的'實(shí)踐有助于專家的形成。
但是許多人贊成換工作，他們辯解說改變就意味著進(jìn)步。他們認(rèn)為如果你對(duì)現(xiàn)有的工作不滿意，你當(dāng)然有權(quán)利換一項(xiàng)更富有挑戰(zhàn)性而且收入更好的工作。每一次改變都意味著進(jìn)一步的成功。
我對(duì)此的看法是：如果你有更好的機(jī)會(huì)，換一個(gè)工作是合乎情理的。
My View on Job-Hopping
My View on Job-hopping people have different attitudes towards their work. Some prefer to stick to one occupation as their lifelong career. These people are of the opinion that one can never do his work well unless he is devoted to only one job in his lifetime. So if one changes his job frequently, he will not get the necessary experience needed in his work. Others, on the other hand, like to change their jobs at times. In their opinion, people work in order to make more money. If they havea chance to get a better paid job, they will certainly try to get this chance. Besides, if a person does only one job all his life, he will certainly be bored with it. My idea is that interest is the most important if one wants to excel others in his job. So if a person is not interested in his job, job hopping is normal and even necessary. Otherwise, he will suffer from his work, and inevitably, he is not likely to succeed in his career.
我對(duì)“跳槽”現(xiàn)象的看法
對(duì)于求職者，我有不同的態(tài)度，有些傾向于終身職業(yè)。他們認(rèn)為只有專心做一份工作才能做得好。如果一個(gè)人經(jīng)常換工作，他不會(huì)得到他所追求的'。他不會(huì)得到他所需要的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 。另外那些經(jīng)常換工作的人， 他們認(rèn)為人工作是為了掙錢。另外那些經(jīng)常換工作的人，他們認(rèn)為人工作是為了掙錢。如果有機(jī)會(huì)得到一份更高薪的工作，當(dāng)然要抓住機(jī)會(huì)。另外，如果一個(gè)人一生只做一份工作，那太無聊了。我認(rèn)為興趣是人找工作的第一考慮要素。如果一個(gè)人不喜歡他的工作，換工作就很需要了。不然，他會(huì)痛苦 。甚至不會(huì)成功
